Todd is a sophomore in Windsor house. His room-mate is Dwight Houston, though he's so used to what Dwight does each day that he barely notices and he sleeps through anything.
He works as a reporter on the school newspaper. He also sometimes makes some school movies, filming the boys as they do things during the day.
In Blackout (Chapter 27) Todd was the one holding David back, along with Satoru. Although he was trying to help David stay calm, he was freaking out about Dwight being in the building as well.
Also in Blackout, Todd helped Satoru drag Han's mat alongside the arthall. He didn't trust the mat very much though but helped to set it up anyway.
Todd is the most normal Windsor.
Todd likes to write, and he writes a lot about the things that go on in Windsor. He's documented a lot since freshman year.
The only person who probably knows that Dwight is a good singer is Todd, who gets to hear him sing while he’s in the shower sometimes, but Todd’s never imagined it was significant to mention—the House is already crammed with spectacular singers.
Even though he's a Windsor, he doesn't want to be involved. He writes for the paper and he's obliged to write about the things that go on and to get involved will just make the guilt/temptation worse.
On all the salt in his and Dwights room: "I sweep it all onto Dwight’s room. Drives him crazy when I ruin his circles, but I remind him of our agreement."
He tried out for the Warblers but didn't make the cut.
Todd about Dwight: "Okay, look, Dwight isn’t actually all that nuts. His side of the room looks weird and frankly the rock salt gets everywhere, and the chanting in the middle of the night is creepy, but when he starts freaking out about Dean and Sam in his Supernatural marathons, he’s just a big baby, that’s all."
Last year, Todd aided in the great “Stuart House blackout” project.
Dwight barricaded them both in their room on Friday the 13th to protect them.
On why he's in Windsor: "I’m not innocent in the pranks, I can tell you that much. But to relax away from Dwight, I go out and write."
Todd interviewed Rachel for the paper.
Todd says that he was working one time and Dwight had a guitar and he was lying on his bed and then suddenly he was singing “The Only Difference Between Martyrdom and Suicide Is Press Coverage” by himself. If Dwight changed the way he was, Todd would like that either—he wouldn’t want Dwight to lose his “muchness”.
Todd keeps scrapbooks of Windsorian shenanigans.
Todd has an older sister named Trinity.
Trinity is the reason Todd is not fazed.
He says it's alright that his sister is a little strange, he actually feels more at home that way. It just wouldn't feel right without crazy on standby near him.
Todd says apparently, Trinity and Dwight see eye to eye on some things.
Terry's family is pretty great. They know Todd's family because Todd's parents are journalists, and Terry's dad is also one.
He likes cake.
Todd has a habit of scribbling little poems on any piece of paper he gets his hands on. Short bursts, free verse.
